During his twenty-five (25) year career as a commercial real estate specialist, Mr. Allen Lee Nunez has developed, represented and negotiated a broad range of commercial real estate assets.

His expertise is directed towards land entitlement and development, office and industrial disposition, acquisition, leasing, and corporate sale lease-back transactions. During his tenure, Mr. Nunez has also gained hands-on knowledge and experience with assessing portfolio value enhancement, project valuation and documentation, negotiations, commercial leasing and sales, acquisition and disposition, entitlement, municipal processing and portfolio analysis and asset stabilization.

Mr. Nunez continues to play a critical role within the industry creating exceptional projects and investment opportunities, “one deal at a time”. Whether it is undeveloped – unentitled land, property conversion or portfolio repositioning, each transaction is accomplished accordingly:
