Brian Shniderson

Brian Shniderson is an entrepreneurial business leader with broad experiences in restructuring and building companies. Over his 20 years of corporate life, Brian has created and sold several businesses in the service, technology, manufacturing and distribution industries. Twice Brian has landed his companies on the INC. 500’s Fastest Growing Companies List - Both awards were achieved before the age of 30.

Most recently Brian was a Partner in a commercial real estate development company where he was responsible for financing and investment activities, including overseeing the underwriting and risk management functions.

Brian is a frequent national speaker and panelist on the state of distressed real estate and is often quoted in real estate publications such as the Crittenden Report.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of California Los Angeles and is a graduate of Harvard Business School, Executive Education in Corporate Reconstruction, Private Equity and Venture Capital.
