Chuck Salas

Mr. Salas' career in the private mortgage industry began in San Diego in 1977. Since that time, he has been involved in the origination, underwriting, funding and/or portfolio management for many hundreds of millions of dollars in short-term, hard money loans. His private mortgage experience extends to a variety of asset classes, loan programs and lending models in over twenty states. He is presently the Senior Underwriter for the California office of Seattle Funding Group, where he manages CA lending operations. With over 30 years of experience in hard money lending and an excellent working knowledge of the California marketplace, Chuck's transitional lending background has allowed him to safely expand SFG of CA lending operations while maintaining a high degree of portfolio performance. SFG of CA is a direct portfolio lender which provides a myriad of private money lending products ranging from straightforward acquisition or refinance loans to construction completion for broken projects and funds for asset repositioning.
