David J. Feingold

David J. Feingold has been a Managing Director with Emigrant Realty Finance, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Emigrant Bank, since September 2005, during which time the El Segundo, CA. based office completed and managed a balance sheet portfolio of up to $2.5 billion of debt investments. Previously, for the prior three years he was a Managing Director at Crestridge Investments and an Executive Vice President at its predecessor, Haverford Capital, where he was responsible for asset managing a mezzanine loan and preferred equity investment portfolio of real estate assets valued over $350 million. Prior to Crestridge, he had 21 years of real estate investment experience at Citicorp Real Estate in Los Angeles where he was Managing Director with responsibility for a debt and equity portfolio of up to $1 billion in the U.S., Canada and Europe.  Previously at Citicorp Real Estate he was the co-head of asset management with responsibility for managing the foreclosed real estate portfolio and consulting to Citibank Mexico on the disposition of a $1.2 billion real estate portfolio located in major cities throughout Mexico. Mr. Feingold is a graduate from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree, and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
