Gabe Potyondy is Senior Vice President and Southern California Market Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Group of BBVA Compass. Based in Irvine, CA, Mr. Potyondy has over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate. His experience spans direct real estate equity investment and origination of senior and subordinate real estate debt. Prior employers include Allied Irish Bank, Eurohypo, KBS Realty Advisors and Bank of America. Mr. Potyondy has a B.A. in Economics from University of California Irvine and an MBA from University of Southern California. His professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, and NAIOP.
