Mr. Rollins is a Principal and founder of JCR Capital.  JCR Capital is a commercial real estate finance company that provides debt and equity for opportunistic and distressed real estate transactions. On March 3, 2010, JCR Capital held its first closing of the JCR Capital Distressed & Opportunistic Real Estate Fund I, LP (the “Fund”).  This is a discretionary fund, with the strategy of being a provider of capital for commercial real transactions, versus being a buyer of assets.  The Fund provides debt, participating debt, preferred equity, and equity to distressed and opportunistic situations, distressed borrowers, opportunistic buyers, and provides joint venture capital to community banks. 

Mr. Rollins is considered an “industry expert,” and is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer on real estate finance at universities and professional symposia. Mr. Rollins has also written numerous articles on the topic of commercial real estate finance.
