Mr. Swan, head of the Project Finance Group, is located in BB&TCM’s New Jersey office.  Mr. Swan brings over 23 years of municipal banking experience serving numerous notable public and private prominent municipal issuers.   Prior to BB&T Capital Markets, Mr. Swan worked for Bergen Capital, as a front-line investment banker, as well as Belle Haven Investments and Greenwich Partners.  Mr. Swan has orchestrated various financings that included: affordable housing projects; senior housing projects; jails; civic centers; student housing projects; charter schools, and; hotel projects.   Mr. Swan received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
