Kitty Wallace

Kitty Wallace joined Colliers International as Senior Vice President in January 2010.  Named Los Angeles County's Number One Multifamily Agent by Pierce-Eislen, Kitty specializes in the sale of apartment buildings, land development, condominium conversions, student housing, affordable housing and special assets throughout Southern California and the Western United States. Kitty previously served as senior vice president for Sperry Van Ness in West Los Angeles.  Since joining Sperry Van Ness in 1997, she set and exceeded performance standards within Sperry Van Ness and in the commercial real estate industry as a whole.  Kitty ranked as Sperry Van Ness’ number one multifamily advisor in the country.  For eight years running, she ranked as the number two Sperry Van Ness agent in the country for all product types.
