Scott McPherson is the Market Manager for US Bank’s Orange County/Inland Empire Commercial Real Estate Group.  He has more than 20 years of banking and real estate experience as well as over 10 years experience outside the industry operating as COO and CFO of private companies.  Mr. McPherson has a BS in Business from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from California State University in Fullerton. He is an active member of ICSC, ULI and NAIOP professional real estate organizations. He is also an advisory board member for the UC Irvine - Center for Real Estate. 

The 26 major-market real estate groups of US Bank provide a broad range of real estate financial products to well-capitalized commercial and residential real estate developers, operators and investors including public and private REITs, public homebuilders, privately held real estate companies and real estate funds.  Products include senior secured and unsecured revolving facilities in addition to secured construction, value-add and mini-perm facilities. Recourse levels are adjusted appropriately based upon sponsorship and risk.  Clients are managed within their respective markets and each office will finance projects located throughout the United States for those clients.
